We started after fixing one too many broken sites.
PixelMedia began in 2017 as a two-person freelance partnership in Denpasar. Our first six clients all came in the same way: their previous developer disappeared, a plugin update broke checkout, and they were losing money by the hour.
We don't disappear. Every site we build comes with a documented codebase, a tested rollback path, and a human on Slack who answers within four working hours. The boring stuff is the whole job.
Nine years later, we maintain 10+ sites across F&B, education, hospitality, and B2B logistics. We turn down more work than we take, because the only way to keep this quality bar is to keep the team — still just the two of us — small on purpose.
